Park Rest Vacation Club is a private vacation club on the Mediterranean coast of the Lefke region, North Cyprus (TRNC). Membership grants the right to stay in the club's residences for an agreed number of weeks per year for 7, 25 or 35 years; it is not a property purchase and not an investment. The project includes seaside studios and apartments, private grounds, a restaurant and concierge service.

Park Rest Resort is a residential and resort development on the Lefke coast, North Cyprus. It combines Park Rest Residences and Park Rest Vacation Club. Developer: Park Rest Global Development Ltd. (reg. no. MŞ24836). First line on the coast with private access to the sea: about 50 m to the water.

**How is the club different from a timeshare?**
Park Rest membership is a contractual right to holiday for a fixed term: 7, 25 or 35 years. A specific residence and the weeks chosen when you sign are reserved for you, and the amount is fixed once in the contract. There is no points system to allocate each year and no mandatory annual payments for your stay. Exchanging weeks for other resorts is in the club’s plans but is not part of membership today. Membership does not give you ownership of property. All terms are in the contract, which you read before paying.

- **Prestige Room** — 2+1 · 4–6 · 75,9 m² · from £7000 for 7 years: Two bedrooms, a dining area and a large terrace: a format for a big family and long seasons.
